Marcey Mankosa is the creative mind behind Find Design, blending over 15 years of color, material, finish (CMF) design experience in fashion and [wearable]tech to bring a vast material understanding and it's application on form to life. With a keen focus on materials and textures, Marcey has always been driven by the desire to create designs that are not only functional but deeply sensorial—objects that connect on an emotive level.

Initially stepping away from architecture in favor of a more intimate, handheld design approach, Marcey’s journey has led her full circle, back to the intersection of personal spaces and human-centric design. She’s passionate about creating environments that reflect our ever-evolving needs, guiding us toward a more intentional approach to how we interact with places and possessions.

Her design philosophy is rooted in Scandinavian and Japanese design principles, integrating modernism with the chaos of modern everyday life. Marcey believes that, just as our lives are in constant motion, our spaces should evolve with us—never static, always adapting with life's changes.​

Holding a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Master of Design from the University of Cincinnati, Marcey has been recognized for her excellence in design. She has contributed to 9 Red Dot-winning teams, co-led the design of a Good Design Best-in-Class award-winning product, and was part of 5 IDEA Award-winning teams.

Marcey is currently a recovering retiree from corporate america, learning (or trying) to enjoy the slow life with her husband, pup, and tiny human.
