This 125-year-old rowhome, last remodeled in the 1990s, was in dire need of an update. The layout was disjointed and lacked flow. The renovation modernized the space by opening up the floor plan, transforming small, compartmentalized rooms into a cohesive, functional family home, both inside and out.
